been in portland for work the last few days.
i stayed at the ever amazing mcmenamin's kennedy school. it's a 1915 elementary school turned hotel, complete with brewery, a giant soaking pool and bars! feel like misbehaving? head to the detention bar. goody goody two shoes can saddle up at the honors bar. fun!
in a twist of pure coincidence, i found myself in the same room as the last time i stayed here two years ago. the cute rosaella room is complete with chalkboards. RAWR!
